LUKE 10:19
Behold, I give unto you power to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy: and nothing shall by any means hurt you.
The LORD JESUS gives believers authority and power to "tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy". This isn't just about physical threats; it's about having divine power to overcome the spiritual forces that seek to harm and deceive us. This promise isn't meant to be a passive comfort but a call to action, empowering us to walk in the victory GOD has already won for us. We are not powerless; rather, you and I are equipped with authority and power through faith in CHRIST JESUS to resist temptation, defeat spiritual attacks, and live without fear, knowing that nothing can truly harm us when we walk in JESUS’ authority and power.
Prayer:
Almighty Heavenly FATHER, I thank You for the authority and power You have given me through Your Son JESUS, to overcome the power of the enemy. I stand on the promise of Luke 10:19 and declare that no weapon formed against me shall prosper, and no scheme of the enemy can prevail against me. I ask for Your divine protection, the Blood of JESUS, to cover me and my loved ones today. Help me to live in this authority with confidence and boldness, knowing that my strength comes from You. In the mighty and powerful Name of JESUS, Amen.
