The phrase "HE KNOWS MY NAME” is central to several Bible verses that highlight the heavenly FATHER’s intimate knowledge of His children and His promise of protection and salvation.
Psalm 91:14-16
“Because he has set his love upon Me, therefore I will deliver him; I will set him on high, because he has KNOWN MY NAME. He shall call upon Me, and I will answer him; I will be with him in trouble; I will deliver him and honor him.”
Isaiah 43:1
“But now thus says the LORD, He who created you, O Jacob, He who formed you, O Israel: 'Fear not, for I have redeemed you; I have called you by name, you are Mine.’”
Psalm 139:1-6
“O LORD, You have searched me and you know me. You know when I sit and when I rise; You perceive my thoughts from afar... You are familiar with all my ways. Before a word is on my tongue, behold, O LORD, You know it completely.”
GOD’s knowledge of our names signifies an intimate and personal relationship, acknowledging the unique details of each of His children’s individual life. The verses assure believers that they are redeemed, chosen, and belong to GOD, emphasizing a sense of security and identity in Him. His presence is promised even with His children in trouble, that He will deliver and honor them, and with long life He will satisfy them.

You are my refuge, my fortress and my strength. And I am forever grateful to You for Your care and love that sustain me even in the midst of suffering and pain. Thank You dear FATHER, for your every day, moment by moment, presence, protection and provisions. You’ve never failed me yet and I strongly believe that You never will. And best of all, YOU KNOW MY NAME. I honor, praise and thank You, in JESUS’ most holy Name. Amen.
