Isaiah 45:3
“I will give you the treasures of darkness and the hoards in secret places, that you may know that it is I, the LORD, the GOD of Israel, who call you by your name.”
The prophet Isaiah reminds us that GOD is not limited by our circumstances. Even when things seem dark and hidden, GOD has treasures of blessing He intends to reveal. This verse encourages us to trust that our GOD is at work, even when we can't see it, and that He will make Himself known through His provision. No matter what we have to go through, the LORD has the power to get us through it because He knows us and loves us. He will make His plans for our life ever so clear that we cannot miss it.
It's a promise that He calls us by name and has a specific plan for our lives, even if it's hidden from our current view. The LORD will fulfill His promises. He’s a promise keeper. He will never leave us nor forsake us. Hallelujah!!
Prayer:
Heavenly FATHER, thank You for Your promise in Isaiah 45:3. I acknowledge that You are the LORD, the GOD of Israel, and the creator of heaven and earth, and that You call me by name. I believe that You have hidden treasures and riches that You intend to reveal. I trust in Your sovereignty and power to work in my life, even in the midst of darkness. I ask that You would open my eyes to see the blessings You have for me and that You would continue to reveal Yourself to me through Your Son, JESUS CHRIST, and Your every day provisions. I pray this in JESUS' Holy Name…Amen.
