JEREMIAH 29:13
“You will seek me and find me when you seek me with all your heart"
GOD promises to be found by those who pursue Him with complete sincerity, dedication, and a wholehearted desire for a relationship with Him. It's not just a casual search, but a deep, passionate pursuit that involves one's entire being.
At the time of this writing, the Israelites were in exile, and GOD was encouraging them to seek Him diligently, promising that they would find Him if they did so with their whole heart. GOD is graciously calling sinners making Himself accessible to whoever genuinely pursues and seeks Him. The LORD is not distant, He is not an unapproachable GOD, but one who desires a relationship with His people. He reveals Himself to those who seek Him with their whole being. This is a promise that extends beyond the Israelites, to ALL who seek GOD with their whole heart. He is inviting everyone to experience His holy presence, guidance, favor, love and protection. The LORD desires for us to daily prioritize seeking Him with all diligence and intentionality. May this serve as a reminder for us to keep on seeking Him as we eagerly look forward to the soon return of JESUS CHRIST.
Prayer: FATHER GOD, thank You for the promise in Jeremiah 29:13 that I will find You when I seek You with all my heart. I desire to know You more intimately and to experience Your holy presence in my life. Guide me in making wise decisions and help me to hear Your voice clearly. I commit to seeking You daily and trusting in Your faithfulness as I eagerly wait and watch for the soon return of Your Son, JESUS CHRIST. In JESUS’ holy Name, Amen.
