Psalm 46:1–2
1-“GOD is our refuge and strength, always ready to help in times of trouble. 2-So we will not fear when earthquakes come and the mountains crumble into the sea. “

This Scripture passage encourages us to find solace in GOD’s unwavering presence and strength, promising that we will not fear, even in the face of difficulties and trials. The psalm highlights GOD’s role as a sanctuary, a place of safety and comfort when we are facing adversity. He is also our source of power and resilience, enabling us to stand firm amidst life's challenges. The phrase "a very present help" emphasizes the  LORD’s immediate availability and willingness to assist us in times of need. He is not distant or unreachable, but HE is near us!  Therefore, let us place our trust in the Almighty GOD, recognizing that He is the ultimate source of peace and security. By seeking refuge in Him, we can overcome our fears and find stability in the midst of life's uncertainties.
