Join Us as We Walk with the Persecuted Faithful

This week: New evidence shows Pastor Ezra Jin may have been drugged by authorities as 18 Zion Church leaders remain jailed without trial for over six months. In Chengdu, a pregnant wife raises two small children alone while Preacher Dai Zhichao sits imprisoned for the Gospel. Fuyang pastors’ wives urge diplomats to attend their husbands’ trial after 11 months behind bars.

In a May 11 interview with The Free Press, Grace Jin Drexel disclosed a previously unreported 2021 incident involving her father, Pastor Ezra Jin, founder of Beijing’s Zion Church. After returning from a trip, government personnel invited him to “have dinner.”

A newly released video shows him seated, eyes closed, and disoriented, before a police officer blocks the camera. Pastor Jin and 17 other church leaders remain detained without trial at Beihai Detention Center since a sweeping October 2025 raid—more than six months later. Continue Reading…

From Tiananmen to Today’s Persecuted Church
On June 6, 2026, ChinaAid President Rev. Dr. Bob Fu addressed the “From June Fourth to China’s Future” forum in Virginia, declaring that human dignity is God-given and cannot be granted or revoked by any regime.

Gathering Tiananmen survivors, exiled advocates, and persecuted religious leaders, Fu spotlighted the CCP’s ongoing suppression: 1.4 billion Chinese face severe restrictions on worship, with family church pastors imprisoned and lawyers like the martyred Li Baiguang and Gao Zhisheng—disappeared for over eight years—paying the ultimate price for defending believers.

Join Us In Prayer:

  • Father, our hearts break with Grace and Bill Drexel to see Pastor Ezra Jin’s shocking abuse. We cry for mercy. Please intervene like you did for Peter in Acts 12.
  • Lord, we plead for justice for Preacher Dai Zhichao and Elder Li Yingqiang. Strengthen Lu Lingzhi as she raises the children alone. We pray for a healthy pregnancy, protection, and provision.
  • Father, thank you for the courage of Xu Chao, Li Yunyan, and Li Mei, wives of the imprisoned church leaders. Bless them with endurance and wisdom to continue their
    vocal advocacy for their husbands.
  • Lord, we remember Tiananmen. We pray the seeds sown will bear much fruit. John 12:24
  • We pray for the persecuted in China. We declare: “Blessed are those who are persecuted because of righteousness, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.” Matthew 5:10
