According to the UNHCR, more than 100 Eritrean refugees have been deported by the Sudanese government throughout the past few weeks.  Eritrea, which is commonly referred to as the North Korea of Africa, is ruled by a hostile regime that will undoubtedly issue severe punishments to the refugees who are sent back to their homeland.  This move by Sudan is widely being seen as a violation of international refugee laws as those who are being deported will find themselves in serious danger.
