A Hindu nationalist group in India's Uttar Pradesh state has warned Christian schools against celebrating Christmas where Hindu students are in the majority. The group threatened it would take action against the schools because it saw the celebration of Christmas as a subtle way to forcefully convert Hindu students. The schools have pushed against these claims and said that holidays from all major religions are celebrated as a way to make their students aware of all religions and better fit to live in a pluralistic nation.
- Pray for the staff and students at these schools to remain committed to sharing the Gospel.
- Pray that this Hindu group would stop making false accusations of forced conversion.
- Pray for radical Hindu nationalists to see the light of Christ this Christmas season.
