Last Tuesday, June 12, Sister Edrye, Sister Roxann, Matilda and I went to Springfield, IL, to visit Brother Terry at St. John's Hospice. The Lord blessed us all with a wonderful and meaningful visit.

Our precious brother has been battling cancer for sometime and his physical health has suffered much.
When we entered his room that day the Lord showed me a mighty man of prayer still interceding despite his deteriorating body.

The last time we visited with Brother Terry was on Saturday morning, June 16. From Bloomington, IL, we drove down to Springfield, IL, ...stopped by...and I thank and praise God for allowing us the opportunity to visit Brother Terry before we proceeded on the road to be at his youngest son's wedding at Springfield, MO.

Adam Holderread and Rachel Damanski had a wonderful wedding at James River Assembly. Sister Judy looked radiant and lovely for the occasion. Much was said to acknowledge and appreciate the father that brought up young Adam in the love and knowledge of our Savior and Lord JESUS CHRIST. And of course, everyone missed the presence of Brother Terry.

Our beloved Brother TERRY HOLDERREAD (59) was called home to the FATHER's presence yesterday (June 17th) just about two hours before midnight. Brother Terry has finished the race well and fought the good fight outstandingly. His excellent work for the Lord through the ministry of Christians In Crisis will continue to impact  the suffering Church.  We will all miss him...but look forward to seeing him again someday in the presence of our loving God.

During their time of bereavement and beyond, let us continue to remember in our prayers his faithful wife, Judy, his sons, Brad, Ryan and Adam, their respective wives and Brother Terry's grand children.

As of the present time, we are still waiting to hear from Judy with regards their plans and final arrangements as to celebrating Brother Terry's home going. As soon as hear from Judy we will post the information to all of our CIC family and friends.

Sincerely In Christ,

Pastor Wally Magdangal
