Sunday Worship Service Disrupted in Three Churches in New Delhi |

By James Varghese Special to ASSIST News Service MADHYA PRADESH, INDIA (ANS) -- There were a number of attacks against churches during last Sunday's worship services. According to a news report on www.persecution.in, a group of radical Hindu activists belonging to Bajarang Dal ( the Monkey Brigade), held a loud demonstration in front of St. Sebastian's Church, St. Francis' Church and St. Stephen's church in Rilshad Garden Thahilpur, New Delhi. The story said the Hindu radicals tried to intimidate the worshipers by shouting "provocative slogans" in front of the churches. Stone throwing in the afternoon also damaged two vehicles. A complaint has been filed against the alleged attackers with the Dilshad Garden police station.
