Pakistan (Christian Times)

Mukhtar Masih, a Pakistani Christian, was accused of blasphemy when he pinned a letter to the door of a mosque. He and his family were arrested and detained following the accusations, but his family was eventually released. He died from gastro-internal bleeding before his trial took place, which left his family upset that he died with a charge against him. These charges are often given to people as a way to seek revenge. His family insists that he was innocent and wanted his name cleared of anything that would tarnish it.
